GOVERNANCE, STRUCTURE& HUMAN RESOURCES:
The General Body comprises 21 general members who decide the overall programmatic directions and annual operation plan. The Executive Committee (E.C.) comprised five elected members out of 21 general members. They meet regularly every two months at intervals and make decisions as per constitutional requirements. The Executive Committee may call an emergency meeting at any time as per the organization’s needs. They are responsible for the overall management of the organization. The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer of the organization.
